Outstanding service if you need it
The front desk staff really made our trip special. They promptly helped us switch rooms and even offered us a cozy sofa to rest on while our new suite was prepared. The ambiance of the hotel is delightful, surrounded by picturesque gardens and soothing fountains, making it a serene retreat. We were lucky to enjoy spacious accommodations with an equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The location is superb, just a couple of blocks from the main square.
However, the Wi-Fi didn't reach our room, which was a bit inconvenient. We had to rely on our mobile data instead. Also, it would be wise to ask for a room with natural light next time, as some rooms lacked windows. While the immediate area is lovely, we did notice some noise from nearby establishments during the evenings.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the convenient area shuttle that took us to nearby attractions. The rooms were huge, and my kids loved the large built-in spa after a long day of exploring. It was a great spot for family bonding.

We did have a bit of an issue with the shower water pressure. it could have been better.
